The time includes both the pit entrance and exit lane times with the limiter on. I had low expectations and I got what I thought it would be, a good B-movie at best. Simply winning because you drive on the outside like "whoa why didn't I think of that" to the random scene about possibly letting the guy who placed second win because he had a "better image" that gave absolutely zero effect, and being 4 seconds behind and nearing the last turn but still wins (gtfo).
