Aug 6, 2019 · Sounds like a sticky lock motor due to cable routing water into it. When it doesn't unlock, lock it back up, then hit unlock twice. If it unlocks, it's the cable letting water into the motor housing. There is a recall 'fix'. You can also sit in the cab to see if it's trying to unlock (moves up a touch), but can't.
