Like the title says, everytime i try to open up steam a pop up appears sying "Do you want to allow the following program from an unknown publisher to make changes to this computer?" Ive been using steam for a few weeks now and i only had to do it once when i first downloaded Steam, but all of a sudden its asking me every time i click on it now.
