There is a mini ganache cake, actually. Some stores carry it as an everyday item. It doesn't look as elaborate as the full ganache Supreme, but it's still a nice cake. It serves about 4 people. As others have said, we aren't really supposed use the full ganache supreme design on a mini cake.
