Thinking of ways to maximize blast chill procs and damage, I have maxed squall and haste and use a very fast melee weapon. I am also using a corrupted platemail which seems to double up livewire and blast chill proc chances. Does anyone know if the dark magic damage from bad egg also adds another proc chance for blast chill?
