Astro command center not detecting a40 mixamp.
A40 TR not being recognized by PC. I've already put in a ticket to Astro, but wondering if anyone here might be able to help. I just got a set of A40TRs with Mixamp Pro, and when I first hooked them up to my PC a week or so ago everything worked great. Command Center recognized them, updated firmware as necessary, and all was good.
There is another version of the Astro Command Center that is not downloaded from the windows store. The way you get to it is by going to the Astro website, and instead of hovering over support and clicking software, just click the header "support."
