I don't get it, its like wow this spell looks really cool but it barely phases most enemies and their are too many water areas in the game. It's perfectly reasonable to be a melee character that gets the attunement from some form of Southern Ritual Bands. Using a high value pyromancy with a +10 glove and low FAI/INT is kind of like a spiced down high value sorcery.
