The Tahoe is a lot bigger, a fullsize SUV, while the GX is a midsize. The GX is slightly bigger than a 4Runner for reference. Tahoe is more comfortable and has better tech, it's the best selling fullsize by a huge margin for a reason. GX will be more reliable when you get to the 300k mile range if you plan on keeping them that long.
