Called Asurion and ATT and was told claim would be cancelled and instructed me to return new replacement device upon receipt, which I did same day. Was told $225 had already been billed to my account but would be reversed in one or two billing cycles. 4 months later and 40+ phone calls later and $225 still has not been credited to my account.
