They ran test to find that they could not find my car in their system. He told me I need to have my GPS reset. I took it to Rancho Cadillac in Victorville, CA. They charged me $115 to do nothing because as soon as I got in my vehicle. The no GPS signal appeared. This issue makes me not want the car.

If the touch screen has failed, (and it is VERY common) no amount of resets -hard, soft or otherwise will fix it. You'll need to replace the touch screen. It's cheap if you do it yourself and expensive if you have a dealer perform the service. The part is only $30. Now I have to remove it and reinsert it to get recognized by CUE. It's most likely the root cause of the AC issue, or a faulty interconnect, -if you're lucky. Check all CUE-related fuses first.
