I'm assuming that your side rollers are in good shape. IF that is the case, open the door manually, and detach the cables from the rollers.

That is the fuse for both doors that is hot all the time, and is the one that people find the parasitic drain on when there is a door latch problem. That said, that door is VERY unsafe without the rear latch in the latched position.
