However, the Survey Point and Survey Coordinate System is aligned with the WCS of a source DWG with Acquire Coordinates. Structural will use Floors for everything (floors can have cut profiles), Arch Roof sits on top of the Struct Floor. Same for floors. Struct own the floor and Arch puts another on top for finishes.

We always override them manually rounding them off by substraction. To override a dimension you just double click the number of the dimension line. It won't let you write numbers but we add a "." before and after making 3.899 m into . 3.9 m . This way you can also quickly spot overridden dimensions.

I am working on a file given to me from another consultant. The file has all of the levels based on the surveyor's elevations (i.e. the FF for the first floor is 104.5'). Revit stores the basic length unit in feet, regardless of the project's specified unit of measurement. This means that almost all dimensions have significant rounding errors. Even 4 inches is 0.3333.. of a foot. Chief is probably the best when it comes to CAD Details and annotating them. But, I use it because for simple drawings, it is a good money maker.
