for me : before buff : every 50-60 fish after buff : at 141 fish. Went to all 3 planets because I've been procrastinating. Caught each within 10-20 minutes. I went in with 46 bait needing to get two exotic fish to start the mission. I started the mission with 24 bait.

They did it this way vs guaranteed weekly because the drop rates SUCKED on release so they wanted the bad luck protection to make it possible to farm them all out in 1 week.
