I got a ticket there. I’ve been parking there for 15+ years. No clear signage. I sent in an appeal via email, which was rejected (naturally). I was going to call & saw that the number/address isn’t with the city. It’s a private parking management company. I haven’t paid anything yet, meaning to ask this same question.
