At 90 degrees outside, a thermometer in the front middle left air vent air blows at 51.6 degrees (within gm spec). The rear left air vent blows at 77.7 (out of gm spec).Service manual says behind the right rear quarter trim panel. Remove the cover and you should see the motor sticking out about mid way up. Looks like there are only 3 screws/bolts and one electrical connection. Should be pretty easy and straight forward to do. The manual shows the following part number and price.
