Litter Robot III solid yellow light problem. Hi, we are currently experiancing an issue with our litter robot. The cycle light stays on and the litter refuse to turn or do anything else. We already changed the motor and the control board but still the same issue. The unit is out of warranty.

Unplug from the base (not the wall) Take the bonnet and globe off. Vacuum out any litter on the top of the base. Press the Pinch Detect bar on the left side of the waste port in about 10x to dislodge any debris on the pinch sensors. Reassemble, plug in and turn back on.
