I have tried running several tanks of premium in a row and it didn’t change much. The weird thing is it seems worse when the a/c is on and in demand. If I let it idle in sport mode the rpm comes up a little and it smooths out. Under load driving, it’s perfectly normal. I'm getting some intermittent misfires when at idle when in Park and also when the car the car is in Drive stopped at a redlight/stop sign with the brake pedal depressed.
