Leech is a strong perk deck, capable of carrying any setup. I've even seen people with no skill points used at all and still doing well because of how good Leech is. That strength is what makes it a fun deck, allows for a lot of experimentation and for a multitude of playstyles. Take this build, toy with it, make it your own.

Here's an LMG Leech build. Buzzsaw for dps, KSP for general purpose slaughter & Brenner for minimal side to side recoil. Secondary I suggest a Compact 40mm grenade launcher with regular explosive rounds. Maybe the Commando 101 rocket launcher if you are conservative of your ammo.
