I read the forum and replaced everything that I could find that would be causing the issue. Fan, radiator (went moshimoto), radiator tubes, thermostat (replaced with ripp), water pump, coolant, air filter, sc oil, engine oil.

First thing that comes to mind is the caliper (s) might be sticking. Second, I would ensure everything from the brake calipers to the suspension is torqued to specs.

Thermostat is not that old (about a year) so I replaced the PCV valve which was toast (and quite a pain in the arse). At idle or even low speeds (45-50) it’s fine. But as speed increases the temp goes up. The first off road video of the 2.0 sounded like an airplane taking off. Then at the dealership (high volume with jeeps and coming and going every few mins) I heard a few and decided right there at the dealership the 2.0 was out of the question.Ive been having the same issue for a while. Replaced hoses, radiator, waterpump with a flowkooler, thermostat for a high flow 180° one, and the car works great if the ac is off.
