When i shoot the notes (136,357,246) it always plays an audio queue on the 8th number saying its wrong. Tried many different ways to fix this and cant seem to make it work.

I was helping my friend complete the Origins EE on Bo3 and when doing the piano step for upgrading the lightning staff, my friend shot the wrong tile and for the next 20 minutes we couldn't complete the step. Basically after doing the right sequence, the lightning bolts never disappeared. This happened in 3 different games.
