Fallout 4 difficult.
I got two questions : 1.) After I change survival mode back into a normal difficulty, then want to change back, I am told I cannot. I had supposed there would be some sort of console command to let me go back into survival but I cant find one. Any suggestions on how to do this? 2.) You will switch to survival soon enough. If you want to get a feel for the game first, do some building, meet some enemies, start on normal. When the game gets too easy, sooner rather than later, switch to very hard. Then you will realise you might as well go for survival.About the survival mode: i like the difficulty of the combat but I hate the part about eating and sleeping regularly. About the very hard mode: I like to kill strong enemies, I think this made the game slower because you can die every 3 minutes but it has the better combat I think, also is good to find more legendary equipment.
Survival mode is WAY too difficult. Surviving in this game is practically impossible, and I think its mainly due to the damage balance between the player and enemies. My character will usually die in one or two hits, while raiders, I swear to god, can take 3 shots from a shotgun to the face. And don't even get me started on super mutants!!!Very hard= enemies have ×10 hp and you do 1/2 damage. Survival enemies do×30 damage and you do ×25 damage. Hp is not affected. So no, very hard does not help you get ready for survival, it just makes you need to find cricket for her special gun faster. Fallout 4 Difficulty: Easy to Survival. What Changes: Legendary Rate, Damage Dealt and Damage Taken. From what I've experimented, the answer is no. The bloatflies at the begining of the game give the same exp (5~7 exp depending of your intelligence) be it on very easy, very hard or survival. Ouch, that sucks. But if it's any convincing to play higher difficulties, it's confirmed that legendary items drop rate depends on the difficulty you pick.
