Rooms seem a little quieter, your are connected to Bally's for food options and at Harrah's the casino ceilings are low which can make one feel closed in. Planet Hollywood has the nicest rooms and especially bathrooms (soaking tub and separate glass shower). It's somewhat of a party hotel, however. Paris has the nicest casino and pool of the three. Rooms are nice, not fancy but way better than Linq.
If you're going from your Bellagio room to a ballroom event at Paris, count on 20-25 minutes. Moving sidewalks are faster (through the lobby, then right), but you may then get delayed at the pedestrian light. Still faster than ped. bridge to Bally's, because Paris ballrooms are in the back right corner.
