When I click on a web link (https) on my new work phone, I always get the transient message at the bottom of the screen: "No app installed to open this." I've been through every setting I can find for Outlook and for Android (I haven't used Android in a couple of years). I've been through all previous messages on here about the issue.

Greg, unfortunately none of the solutions apply to me, it seems. The apps tab was present yesterday and every day before that but today it went missing.
