Source. Unfortunately, there is no potential workaround that can help to resolve this issue. Ubisoft Support are currently aware of server degradation.. Whether it is related to this "ghost squad" issue or not, there isn't any confirmation. Just keep your eyes on the Ubisoft Support Twitter for any more information that comes out..
