Jul 5, 2011 · I recently found about a lump on my left side towards the bottom part of my rib cage. It's very hard, mobile, and painless. The whole side of my rib cage seems to be tender. When I eat a large meal I can feel more pressure under my rib cage on the left side. I went to a GI doctor 2 years ago for abdominal pain. They tested for H pylori, blood tests, checked my gallbladder, CT scan of my abdomen and even did an endoscopy.
