This clutch does not emit any noise when slipping. If it is ony the main clutch slipping then there probably are no plates left in the clutch. Raise the front shield and take a look. The only other slip clutch is on the sledge roll drive on the right side of the baler. This clutch will not emit noise either.

When started up. will bale about 5 bales then starts having problems on auto wrap. Best thing you can do is weld new bars on the dimpled rollers. If you look at yours you will probably find that the edges are rounded off. Those are what grabs the hay and gets it rolling. Also helps to feed it faster when starting the bale. A bale in it can/will make them track completely different, so see if you can try it out first. Like mentioned, it is a small bale, so be aware of that. A 4x5 bale has 56% more hay in it, a 4x6 has 125% more hay.
