I installed the doorbell, replacing my mechanical chime doorbell. The camera works great - I can hear outside audio just fine. The doorbell makes a chime sound on the SimpliSafe bell outside when I press it. HOWEVER my indoor bell is buzzing constantly the indoor chimes are not ringing when I press the doorbell

My video doorbell stopped recording all motion about a month ago. Tech support had me push both reset buttons on the back but it didn’t resolve the problem. They sent me another doorbell, which I installed yesterday, but the doorbell still won’t pick up all motion. I even had to push the large reset button just to get this new doorbell working.

Just look up angled bracket or angled wedge for simplisafe video doorbell and it should pop up.
