Best performance would probably be to put everything on the SSD, but if you are worried about hogging space on it (which it sounds like you are) then it sounds like your mod files are bigger than the base game.

They are so broken in flatscreen Skyrim, but they are godly in Skyrim VR with the ability to point your hands in different directions etc. 5 years later and SkyrimVR is still the best VR game to date. Bat file copies Skyrim, plus your TXT files and INI files (if you've customized them) on to the USB drive. The .sh file is run from the USB on arch. Open dolphin, navigate to the USB stick, right-click the .sh file, click "run in Konsole".Now install skse in the folder you downloaded your previous version too.
