Hello, I'd unpair the controllers, then take the batteries out of said controllers for at least 2 minutes, doing so back-to-back fully resets the controllers, and then re-pair them. Following that I'd also go into the settings for your Quest 2 and select the option to have it forget your Guardian history, and then restart the headset.
