Or Ironwood Designs sells furniture mostly ready to go. Some fitting is always necessary. You'll need a lower handguard retainer; there are both bolt-on and press-on designs available.

You should get the Dinzag parts and the lower and upper handguard to give your gun the authentic configuration. S12 SWAT. I would consider the RPK grip but it is not available in wood. You could try Rusmilitary, they make a very beautiful 3-piece wood set for the Saiga 12. It's very expensive though, over $200, but if you want to go all out, I'd say it's the "holy grail" of Saiga 12 wood. Also, you could modify standard surplus AK wood furniture. Yes it is. You can gut an AKM foregrip, or Ironwood designs makes a US made set that fits it really well. The front lower hand-guard is thicker than a modified AKM foregrip & suites the S-12 GREAT. Dinzag arms sells a bolt-on kit for the AK RSB & gas-tube retainers now too.
