Go to "File browser" hit minus to add a new store, for protocol put "https" then for host put "pengu.us". Then save and reboot tinfoil. I don't think tinfoil comes shops. You will need to add the to tinfoil. I think there is a thread about what shops are there. Let me see if I can't find it for you.

Boot your switch into CFW (via injecting/chainloading fusee.bin) and launch the Homebrew Menu via the album app. This will launch the homebrew menu in applet mode and is expected. Select and launch the "Tinfoil Installer". Once the process is complete, Tinfoil should now appear on your home menu.
