Looked it up and you can just make a turtle statue to unlock it in the bestiary. You said you have the jungle turtles already so you can use 5 of those and some stone at a heavy work bench (while in graveyard biome) to spawn in regular turtles. According to the wiki it is in the forest near water in the day.
