Xfinity seasonal hold rules.
If I START my seasonal hold on, say the 20th of this month, my November 2023 bill should be the $8.00 seasonal fee. And if I END my seasonal hold on April 21st, 2024, my May 2024 bill should not be pro-rated or doubled, but the normal monthly rate?
